Great Service! Called after 5pm on a Thurs. I was provided an arrival window the following morning between 9am/11am. Received a text when the tech was en-route and he arrived at 10am. The technician (Fadi) was extremely professional/polite and resolved my issue within an hour. Most important to me, Fadi did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary or unwanted services. Will definitely call again when needed.

Had an issue with my AC unit and called the guys at Pristine AC and Heating. I'm glad I did! Andre took my call and was very professional and helpful. He took my info and said he would get back to me as soon as he spoke with his technician to see if he could make it out today. He called me back with in 5 minutes and said they could be out in a few hours. The technician (Fadi) arrived on time and was very professional. He immediately identified the problem and proceeded to fix my issue. He was very knowledgeable and informative, he explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very honest and transparent in his demeanor. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need, which I greatly appreciated. He also went the extra mile for me by checking my downstairs unit to make sure it was up to par. I will definitely be calling the guys at Pristine Heating and AC for all my future needs. Our technician was great! They let me know 20 minutes before they arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and patched up some insulation for free. Best of all, my house is no longer 85 degrees!

Where do I begin? From start to finish our experience with Pristine was beyond, beyond exceptional! We had a very old unit that needed to be completely replaced - in the middle of SoCal heat wave too!! Contacting companies for work like this, can sometimes feel intimidating especially when it's outside the scope of your day to day knowledge. Pristine removed the scaries and intimidation! We were so pleased and impressed with how professional and informative Fady was. From the first day of consult to the day of all the work, he explained everything to us thoroughly and walked us through the entire process. Him and two other gentlemen came to work on it all day. They brought sheets to protect our flooring, and they were barely noisy and very efficient! All in all, incredibly professional the whole time. Fady even stayed after the installation was complete to explain how we can best maintain our new unit and offered great recommendations on how to best optimize our air flow. Ultimately we were quoted a great price and the entire experience was so good! I highly recommend this company and would call them again for any our AC/heating needs!
